About the king's university foundation

Why we exist: To be a community of friends of The King’s University that benefits the future of the university and its learners through active engagement and loyal financial support.

How we engage and support:  The Foundation provides funding for scholarships and bursaries that enable prospective and current students to pursue Christian higher education at The King’s University. We do this by soliciting, receiving, recording, maintaining, and dispensing of gifts in the form of cash, shares, property, annuities, bequests, membership contributions, and other special donations.

Who are we: The King’s University Foundation is a not-for-profit, membership-based organization, committed to being an independent financial supporter of The King’s University. We were established in 1985 and subscribe to The King’s University mission and statement of faith.

In 1985, the Memorandum of Association was signed to formally establish the Foundation.

A new growth plan was set in motion in 2017 with a new Five-Year Strategic Plan.
